We’re looking for a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator — a dynamic individual ready to learn the art and science of foodservice purchasing while supporting our seasoned buying team. What You’ll Do:
- Manage replenishment buying and help keep inventory levels strong and steady.
- Assist senior buyers with administrative tasks tied to purchasing and vendor relationships.
- Help ensure product availability and service reliability for our customers.
- Work closely with vendors, sales, and operations teams to keep things running smoothly.
- Learn the strategies and tools behind effective purchasing in the foodservice industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sharp organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and learning inventory systems.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work.
- Team player with a positive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
- Previous experience in purchasing, inventory, or foodservice is a plus — but not required if you have the right drive.

Customer Service - Seasonal
Seashore Foods is looking for a high-energy, dynamic individual to join our customer service team. This is a full-time seasonal, position that begins in March and generally goes through October (subject to change). This is a Monday – Saturday position during daytime hours. Hours will vary through the spring, summer and fall. Applicants must possess good customer service and communication skills, be comfortable talking on the phone and in person with customers, operating a register and handling cash, checks, credit cards etc..
